- Copy Akta Pendirian & Perubahan (bila ada Perubahan) beserta Pengesahan Kemenkumham
- Copy Surat NIB, SIUP,TDP
- Copy Surat Ijin Tempat Usaha / Domisili
- Company Profil Perusahaan
- Copy Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) Perusahaan
- Copy KTP/NPWP Pengurus perusahaan
- Rekening Koran Bank 3 (tiga) bulan terakhir
- Laporan Keuangan 2Thn terakhir (audit lebih bagus)
- Copy Surat Ijin Usaha Jasa Konstruksi (,SIUJK,SBUJK) jika merupakan kontraktor
- Copy Surat Izin Industri, jika merupakan produsen
- Copy Surat Keagenan / Penunjukan Distributor, jika merupakan supplier
- Struktur organisasi atau daftar tenaga ahli yang dimiliki
- Daftar peralatan operasional yang dimiliki
- Copy Tanda keanggotaan asosiasi yang dimiliki (bila ada)
- Daftar pengalaman dan referensi pekerjaan, beserta contoh SPK dan BAST min. 3 pekerjaan

- Undangan Lelang / RKS (Untuk Jaminan Penawaran)
- SPK / SPPBJ / SP3 (Untuk Jaminan Pelaksanaan)
- KONTRAK / PO (Untuk Jaminan Uang Muka)
- BAST ( Untuk Jaminan Pemeliharaan)
- KONTRAK, Surat Perintah Pencairan (Untuk BG Jaminan Pembayaran akhir Tahun/ SP2D)
